Do I need to know BPMN to use it?
No. You describe your process in plain English and the AI handles the notation. It is designed for people who need a BPMN diagram without learning a modelling tool — and it doubles as a way to learn the notation by example.
How accurate is the AI-generated BPMN?
The tool runs a structured conversation to gather process details before generating, and the generation prompt enforces explicit BPMN validity rules, so the output is valid BPMN 2.0 XML in the large majority of cases. Complex processes with many exception paths may need one or two refinement rounds.
Can I export BPMN 2.0 XML for Camunda or Flowable?
Yes, on the Max plan. Max exports raw BPMN 2.0 XML that imports directly into Camunda Modeler, Flowable, Activiti, bpmn.io and any BPMN 2.0-compatible engine. Pro exports SVG and PNG; Max adds PDF and XML.

Is my data private?
Your process descriptions and diagrams are stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database with Row-Level Security, so each account can only access its own data. Generation uses OpenAI's API, whose usage policy does not train models on API data.
What BPMN elements can it generate?
Start and end events, user/service/manual/script tasks, exclusive and parallel gateways, intermediate message/timer/error events, sequence flows, pools and lanes, and data objects — with automatic left-to-right layout.
Is BPMN Studio the same as bpmn.studio or bpmnstudio.online?
